Our Journey.

The spark

One
apprentice,
one problem.

Romario started his apprenticeship at 17 feeling isolated and disconnected. He wanted to find other apprentices like him to connect with, but couldn't.

The circle formed

OuterCircle
Started.

He created a community for current apprentices to meet like-minded people through social events. It resonated quickly and the circle began to grow.

The doors opened

Aspiring apprentices began reaching out through the network, looking for support and guidance. We opened up the community to those trying to get in.
